EAA’s The Green Dot – Founder’s Innovation Prize Winners

On the latest episode of EAA’s The Green Dot podcast, the crew was joined by Thomas Baron and Justin Zhou, two of the winners of the 2017 Founder’s Innovation Prize. Their award-winning idea, the Remora System, uses a pod mounted under the wing to send airspeed and angle of attack to a head-mounted display for pilots to have access to the data without having to turn their head unnecessarily.

The Green Dot is built for aviation lovers, and is a perfect podcast for both pilots and non-pilots who love flight. The show typically includes a mix of aviation news, general aviation topics, history, personal experiences from both hosts and guests, and plenty of other topics. You can land on The Green Dot no matter the season on iTunesGoogle PlayStitcher, and on EAA’s blog. Thank you for listening, and please consider giving the podcast a rating and review on your platform of choice if you enjoyed the episode!
