On January 26, 1953, EAA began with a with a simple meeting in Paul and Audrey Poberezny’s home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since then, EAA has been headquartered in first Milwaukee and then Oshkosh, Wisconsin. EAA has grown from a handful of aviation enthusiasts to an international organization representing virtually the entire spectrum of recreational aviation. Happy Birthday EAA!
