Congratulations to Edward L. Hasch Jr., EAA 237979, who was presented with the FAA’s Charles Taylor Master Mechanic Award on March 8 at the Nashville FSDO. Ed spent 46 years working with American Airlines in line maintenance, participating in aviation in his spare time, as well as being an EAA member, Sonerai and RV-6 homebuilder, and FAA DAR. He’s given back to his EAA community by volunteering time as an EAA technical counselor and flight adviser, and also recently achieved his lifelong dream of owning a Beechcraft Bonanza. Congratulations again, Ed, on a fulfilling aviation career and this well-deserved Master Mechanic Award!
